  5. Virus/Malware Removal and Security Patching: This includes onsite scanning, detection, and removal of viruses, malware, and other security threats from computers and servers, as well as applying security patches and updates to ensure system security.
  6. Backup and Disaster Recovery Setup: This involves setting up and configuring backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as backup servers, tape drives, cloud backups, and other data protection mechanisms, to ensure data backup, recovery, and business continuity in case of data loss or system failure.
  7. Printer and Peripheral Setup and Troubleshooting: This includes setting up and troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals, including configuring drivers, resolving print and scan issues, and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity problems.
  8. Wireless Network Setup and Troubleshooting: This involves setting up and configuring wireless networks, including access points, routers, and wireless security, and resolving wireless connectivity issues, interference, and performance problems.
